Verizon’s version of the upcoming LG “Optimus Slider” (codename:Gelato Q) has been outed as the LG Enlighten, thanks to a sell sheet posted by accessories wholesaler Xentris Wireless. While we’ve seen a render of the face of Gelato Q, whose model number on Verizon will be VS700 (and LS700 when it lands on Sprint), we have yet to see the handset’s slide-out QWERTY keyboard. It may look similar to that of an Android slider spotted by Pocket-lint, complete with a secondary LCD splitting the keyboard, although that was a T-Mobile-branded device spotted in the UK.

Gelato Q was tipped to arrive next month on Sprint, along with the QWERTY-less Gelato, so a Verizon launch seems likely in that same timeframe. Gelato has already been revealed to be the Optimus Net. We’re expecting yet a third member of the Gelato line later this year, offering NFC capabilities.
