If you didn’t make the plunge for the official Star Wars branded R2D2 edition of the Motorola Droid 2, which is a special limited edition item on the carrier’s Android Droid lineup, you may still have hope through Android Market. The carrier, recognizing the popularity of Star Wars, is bringing a branded Star Wars app pack to Android Market, which will bring it photos, live wallpapers, trivia games, and more.
The Empire Strikes Back app will be available on Monday, October 4th, for $2.99, but only for Android users on Verizon Wireless via Android Market.
