The Motorola Droid 4 on Verizon has been available since last Friday — when the carrier started offering it online for $199.99 on or $549.99 outright — and, thanks to the community hard at work, we’re now able to root it.
All you have to do is head over to the source link, download the package, put your device in USB debugging mode, connect it to the PC and run the batch file inside the package. It’s easy thanks to Dan Rosenberg. However, don’t forget about the usual word of warning! You’re the only one responsible for your phone. If you’d like to support the effort don’t forget to send in your donation. It will go to the American Red Cross.
