After giving us precious detail about the Motorola Droid X2 and the Sony Ericsson Azusa, NenaMark — an Android benchmark for hardware accelerated graphics — is now keeping records of the Motorola Droid 3 we saw pictures of back in the middle of March, and some more.
Dubbed Solana, the Motorola Droid 3 is listed with a 1GHz processor (probably a dual-core Texas Instruments) and PowerVR SGX540 GPU — just like on the Epic 4G. The screen resolution is confirmed to be qHD (960×540) as we already knew with a screen size of around four-inches. The model number for the smartphone which already appeared in Best Buy’s system is XT862 and for what it’s worth it scored 44.70(min), 45.20(avg) and 45.70(max) in NenaMark.
