The Motorola Droid 3, the one “responsible” for the Motorola Droid 2 Global Gingerbread delay, got its specs leaked and rumored for some time now but thanks to an official Verizon leak we now get a carrier confirmation.
Putting the Droid 3 side-by-side with the Droid 2 Global and Droid X2, the above leak speaks of a dual-core 1GHz processor (TI-OMAP for that matter), eight-megapixel camera with LED flash and 1080p video recording, front-facer, 16GB of internal storage, world phone capability with overseas GSM support as well as Android 2.3 Gingerbread on-board. Nothing really groundbreaking as the Milestone 3 is already out there but what we don’t know is when will it be available?
