Why tap, type, or even Swype when you can use your own voice to input text? In this video I’ll show you how to use your Android’s text-to-speech button to input text, and give you some advice on how best to get accurately recognized text.

Setting your phone on the table and getting Android to accurately recognize your spoken text isn’t that great. Since that’s the way we shoot demos, the accuracy in the video isn’t going to be as good as what you’ll get in a quiet room, or with your microphone in a more ideal orientation.
