TouchScreenTune might (or might not) remind you of those registry tweaks from the Windows Mobile days (oh, AdvancedConfig…); the application basically allows you to custom tune the way your tablet reacts to touch. You have to be rooted in order to take advantage of TouchScreenTune but once that’s out of the way you can tweak your screen’s responsiveness to suit your needs. There’s even a palm-rejection mode which ignores touch events from generated by your palm.
