We’ve seen a slimmed-down Toshiba Android tablet around Christmas and it turned out to be the Toshiba AT200, coming to the U.S. as the Toshiba Excite X10 in mid-Q1 2012.
If you live in the U.K., you can now pick up the AT200 for £399 (around $630); the price refers to the 16GB WiFi model but the 32GB WiFi goes for £449 (roughly $715). It is advertised to be the world’s thinnest tablet at 7.7mm (at least until we see some more tablets at MWC) and it packs a 1.2GHz TI OMAP 4430 processor, 1GB of RAM, 10.1-inch display with 1280×800 resolution and runs Android 3.2 Honeycomb.
