About two weeks ago we told you that the LG Optimus 2X, released back at the end of December last year, will be carrier by T-Mobile as the T-Mobile G2x. No further info was available at that time but now TmoNews tells us it should be out in approximately one month.
April 20 is the day rumored for T-Mobile to release the LG G2x and the device will not only be announced at the upcoming CTIA but according to rumors, the April 20 date will also be confirmed. The Optimus 2X sports a 1GHz Tegra2 processor, 4-inch WVGA screen, 8GB of internal memory, 8-megapixel rear camera with 1080p recording capability and a 1.3-megapixel front camera for self-portrait and video calling. We’re pretty sure these will be the specs of the G2x too but expect to hear more next week at CTIA.
