T-Mobile sure knows how to tease. As it turns out, the mystery device spotted earlier has just been named by the carrier as the G2, an homage to the original G1, as the first device on the carrier’s HSPA+ network, which T-Mobile is saying will deliver 4G-like speeds on a 3G network.
Not much else is known about this Android phone on T-Mobile at this time, but the carrier is saying that you can surrender your email over at http://g2.t-mobile.com/ to stay in the loop.
