As suspected, the LG Optimus One will also be making its way onto T-Mobile as the LG Optimus T; that “T” is new to us (we had thought this model would just be branded the LG Optimus, but if Sprint’s version gets an “S,” why not a “T” for Tmo?) but not much else is, as we’re quite familiar with this Android 2.2-powered, 600MHz handset. While we can see why the press release fails to mention the lackluster HVGA resolution on its 3.2-inch screen, we were puzzled that there’s no word on that WiFi calling feature that Magenta just endowed on several of its Android devices. Expected release window is the usually vague “in time for the holiday season,” and pricing has not yet been revealed; however, with the Optimus S going for only $50 on Sprint after $100 rebate — and this same model also probably coming to Verizon (but as the Vortex, and not the Optimus V, allegedly) — we’re expecting a wallet-friendly price tag.
