Probably the only good thing about seeing a holiday season come to an end, is when companies decide that whatever you didn’t buy, they might as well give it to you for free anyway. T-Mobile and Best Buy are now offering their myTouch 4G slide for the hard-to-say-no price of free, after your typical two year contract.

Now the tricky part here is that this appears in Best Buy’s “Deal of the day” promo, so we’re not sure if you’ll be able to get your hands on one tomorrow too. This specific myTouch 4G landed a decent 3.5 stars out of 5 in Adam’s review earlier this year, but the reasons why it didn’t get a higher rating were mostly based on software issues that have mostly been fixed. That said, we’d consider this deal well worth it for anyone out to get their first Smartphone.
