T-Mobile has announced the availability of the HTC-made T-Mobile Sensation 4G, a smartphone Magenta refers to as its most powerful smartphone.
The Sensation 4G is expected to be available by June 15 from the carrier’s retail stores as well as online and as early as June 12 at select Walmart locations. It will go for $199.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate with a two-year service agreement and qualifying voice and data plan.
Launched back mid-April, the Sensation 4G runs Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread mobile platform with the latest HTC Sense 3.0 on board and sports a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 4.3-inch qHD display, eight-megapixel rear-facing camera with dual LED flash, a front-facing camera, and a pre-installed 8GB microSD card.
HTC Watch (premium movies and TV shows available for rent or purchase), HTC Listen (a library of millions of songs with the freedom to transfer purchases to another device or computer), T-Mobile TV (A free selection of live and on-demand TV), T-Mobile Video Chat powered by Qik as well as Slacker Radio are also on board.
