After officially announcing the HTC EVO 3D back in March, Sprint is trying to maintain the momentum of the upcoming 3D smartphone with teasing three-dimensional content for the user.
Mentioning a “this summer launch” (and nothing more), Sprint is teasing movies and games users will be able to enjoy in their HTC EVO 3D. The movie “The Green Hornet 3D” will be bundled on the smartphone’s microSD card for a limited time and HTC Watch will also be on board to offer on-demand access to 2D and 3D movies and television programs. Blockbuster On Demand will also be in the package with offers for rentals from $2.99 to $3.99 per movie and purchases starting from $4.99.
Also preloaded will be the game Ultimate Spider-Man: Total Mayhem 3D demo as well as Gameloft Storefront allowing for additional 3D game purchases. Apps-wise, you’ll be able to post high-quality 3D video to YouTube or Facebook.
