Some of you have said that it’s not a fair comparison to benchmark different devices to determine which one is faster if their processors don’t run at the same speed. I’ve made the argument that’s the primary reason why benchmarking utilities exist: to compare dissimilar products.
For those of you who have wanted to see how two devices with the same clock-speed compare, I’ve got just the video for you! The HTC Desire HD versus the T-Mobile myTouch 4G, both with 1GHz processors, but very different resolutions. Which will win? Will the huge screen on the Desire HD slow it down in the graphics-rendering part of the test? Let’s find out as we pit these two 1GHz titans against one another!
