Sony Xperia S To Sport Anti-Stain Shell, Fast Charging Ability

The Sony Ericsson LT26i “Nozomi” was revealed as the Sony Xperia S at this year’s CES and it is rumored to land soon, really soon. The manufacturer said on Facebook that the device will also feature some sort of anti-stain shell.

Without being one of the marketed selling points of the device, the special coating that will keep stains away was also confirmed by the company’s Product Manager for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The executive revealed another feature of the upcoming Sony handset: fast charging ability. It will reportedly take a ten-minute charge to grant enough juice to power the phone for a full hour; overall charging times will be reduced to half (even though fast charging has never been a good friend of batteries, but that’s another issue).
