With both CES and MWC now behind us, the Sony Xperia Ion, Xperia S, Xperia P and Xperia U are no longer mystery devices but thanks to the AnTuTu Benchmark database, a certain MT25i device is in the spotlight.

The specs aren’t stellar with the 1GHz processor, 341MB RAM and Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread on-board. However, we’re looking at a small sized (probably budget) phone with no QWERTY keyboard so we’re likely to see something in the vein of the MT27i Pepper wearing any of the available names on the leaked 2012 roadmap for Sony.
