Sony Ericsson launched the Xperia mini and mini pro Android smartphones at the beginning of May with a global release for sometime in Q3 but it appears that UK carrier O2 might have the Xperia mini pro earlier than that.

If you visit O2′s webpage following the source below you’ll see the Xperia mini pro (aka Mango) wearing a label of “Coming Soon: June”, and June is still Q2 last time we checked. It will pack a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 320 x 480 HVGA resolution screen with mobile BRAVIA engine, five-megapixel rear camera with HD video recording, front-facing VGA camera for video chat, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 2GB internal storage, 1200mAh battery and will run on Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform.
