Skyfire is a popular internet browser many use as an alternative on Google Android powered smartphones and the program was just launched in its version 4 iteration bringing new features to the table.
The SkyBar toolbar has now become scrollable and customizable with added Twitter, Groupon and Google Reader integration plus a Share button. There’s also a shortcut to quickly access the browser settings and via in-app purchase you can grab video optimization as an optional $2.99 premium feature — though offered for free to all Verizon customers downloading Skyfire 4.0 for Android. For a list of all the features and enhancements, check out the press release over at BGR.
