Yesterday we caught a glimpse of Samsung’s planned Verizon LTE smartphone in Costco’s computer systems, going by a slight variation of the Stealth name we’ve been hearing for some time. Even with the phone’s planned release just over two weeks away, we got word that Stealth was still only the phone’s internal code name, and that it would be getting a proper moniker before Verizon started promoting it. Today there’s finally something in the way of confirmation that the name is indeed changing, and it looks like Verizon has decided on the Samsung Droid Charge.
Droid Life suggested the Charge as the once-Stealth’s new name, on the say of a pair of its tipsters. Wherever their information came from seems legit, as the Droid Charge now appears in Verizon’s inventory computers. This is the
