It looks like Samsung has a new candidate for the first LTE smartphone on MetroPCS, as images have been published showing the SCH-R910 with the network’s badge.
Last year saw that Samsung’s SCH-R900, a QWERTY slider, would emerge as the first phone to take advantage of the MetroPCS LTE network. Today BGR revealed pictures of the Samsung SCH-R910, with no sign of a QWERTY keyboard, but finally with a smartphone OS.
According to the source behind the pictures, the SCH-R910 will have a 1GHz processor, a 5-megapixel camera, and support microSD expansion. Look for it to run in the mid-$300s once it’s released.
