Samsung’s Marketing Executive, Younghee Lee, was dreaming of creating Apple-like buzz when it comes to Samsung and it sure looks like the company is on the right path, giving the huge buzz around the Samsung Galaxy S III.
After the official statement that there will be no Galaxy S II follow-up at MWC — and that Samsung is preparing a special, dedicated event for the phone — we’ve heard reports of a possible May launch.
However, reports are claiming that a certain March 22 event — just three weeks after MWC — might be a perfect occasion to launch the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S III. It could of course represent an event where the Galaxy S Advance or another phone will be unveiled (or even something completely unrelated).
Despite the fact that we can’t wait for Samsung to unveil the Galaxy S II sucessor, we find it unlikely for the manufacturer to unveil its flagship at a French event. Furthermore, if Samsung is planning on stealing Apple’s show in relationship to the next iPhone — which might be presented at this year’s WWDC in June — a May launch, as we previously reported, could be the perfect time to do it.
