We first heard about the Samsung Infuse 4G back at the end of last year when it was called the Samsung Stealth V — it got Bluetooth certified then — and it now has passed FCC with AT&T bands, as we knew the device was bound to this carrier.
The model number to watch for is SGH-I997 and it does 850/1900Mhz GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/HSPA. The device will most likely join AT&T Inspire 4G on the carrier’s high-speed — disputed — 4G smartphone line-up.
The Infuse 4G is a Galaxy S branded device and it should be a killer one thanks to its 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display. Additionally, it will allegedly sport an eight-megapixel rear camera coupled with a 1.3-megapixel front-facing webcam, all in a super thin case.
