A Samsung SCH-i515 is believed to be Verizon’s Droid Prime to arrive sometime in October while the Nexus Prime, confirmed by Samsung’s legal team, is believed to be the GT-i9250 (probably the same device with its carrier variant or two different models altogether).
For what it’s worth, a support page has been discovered online for the Samsung GT-i9250, which by itself doesn’t mean much, but in the big picture it means that the phone is getting ready for prime-time. What to expect? A 4.5-4.65-inch HD screen with 1280 x 720 resolution, a fast, dual-core 1.5GHz processor and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich to power it all.
