Samsung GT-i9020 aka Nexus S Back To FCC With New Antennas

The Samsung GT-i9020, also rumored as the Nexus S, has been revisiting FCC this Friday under the same form, “except for the BT/WIFI antenna and the GPS receiver antenna”.
The alleged Nexus S had an initial FCC contact on October 8 but there were rumors that it might be delayed due to some hardware problems. This Friday, the same device hit FCC with a pair of new antennas for Bluetooth, WiFi and GPS. Was this the rumored hardware issue and is it now fixed? Are we getting closer to a launch now? The Class 2 Cover Letter does not refer to any other changes but who knows how many times it will revisit FCC before its launch?
