The Samsung Galaxy Note is one of the more unique Android phone/tablet hybrids we’ve seen. The screen is a monstrous 5.3″, and the 1280×800 resolution will grant it a pixel density that rivals the iPhone 4. Not only that, but it’ll come with a faster 1.5GHz Exynos chip, a huge battery, and even a stylus for note-taking. The device is expected to land in Europe as early as late October. No US release has been announced, but we’re feeling quite positive about the Galaxy Note’s recent passing at the FCC. That could mean either that Samsung will be offering the Note as an unlocked phone, or that a carrier (in this case, AT&T) will be selling the phone in the not-too-distant future. Either way, we’re excited to see confirmation that a version of the Galaxy Note with US 3G bands exists.
