On December 29, Samsung celebrated more than one million Galaxy Note units shipped globally. Fast forward to today, Samsung is proud to announce that the 5.3-inch “monster” sold five million units in five months.

However, five months after its announcement and five million units later, the popular device still hasn’t seen its official Ice Cream Sandwich update. Samsung is already teasing the platform refresh together with the “Premium Suite” for the second quarter of the year but we wish it would be here already.
