The war between Samsung and Apple, the one Cupertino started, is taking a completely new turn as this time, after the recent launch of the iPhone 4S, Samsung is the one on the offensive side.

The Korean phone maker is filing for an iPhone 4S injunction in Paris, France and Milano, Italy, asking courts to block sales of the brand new Apple-phone. Samsung’s claim is based on two patent infringements in relationship with wireless telecommunications technology. Samsung is also determined to file similar claims in other regions too in the future.
