The Verizon-bound Samsung Droid Charge made its way to Walmart even before the smartphone itself was announced and now is available on pre-order at the same Walmart but $50 cheaper.

The Droid Charge will go for $299.99 from Verizon on contract but you can now pre-order the smartphone at Walmart for $249.99. Shipping is free and if you pre-order you’ll be able to meet its 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display in person by the end of next week. Other features include a 1GHz processor, eight-megapixel rear camera along with 1.3-megapixel front-facing webcam powered by Google Android 2.2 Froyo. Anyone pre-ordering?
