Those of you that are in love with the HTC Desire Z (a device that couples a Touch Pro2-like keyboard with Android 2.2) but are on AT&T will soon be able to rock the new side-slider on your network and get 3G speeds. Negri Electronics is showing a version of the Desire Z that has the proper bands to do AT&T 3G, so that’s UMTS 850 and 1900. Naturally, you’re going to have to cough up some serious dough for the privilege of using such a device: look for it to cost around $600 when it starts shipping in early November. So who’s getting one?
