We’ve heard of Panasonic’s plans to re-enter the European — and eventually the American — market but the company has made its plans official today via a press release which targets March 2012 for European presence.
Panasonic will enter the European smartphone game with a yet unnamed Android smartphone; the company teases an ultra-thin but easy to hold “D Slim Shape” design, 4.3-inch AMOLED screen with qHD resolution, NFC-equipped, water and dust-proof body as well as black and silver flavors. There’s no wording yet regarding an American availability but we’ll probably know more at MWC where the company should show the phone off.
