When we first unboxed the Motorola Flipside we were only able to sneak a quick peek at the devices UI and implementation of MotoBlur with the preloaded Android 2.1 OS. Now, it’s time to get down to business. For part 1 of our software overview on the Motorola Flipside, we take a quick tour of MotoBlur and its functionality.
MotoBlur is Motorola’s very own Android UI skin that puts social networking at the forefront of the user interface. One great aspect of Blur is that it lets the user resize widgets as they see fit. As you’ll see, some video natively support this and are able to adapt to different dimensions, while others cannot be enlarged or stretched any further. Blur also packs in a few other features. Be sure to hit play below to see them in action!
