One of the more popular accessories for the recently released Motorola Droid RAZR is its HD Media Dock.
The dock allows you to easily connect your RAZR to a compatible HDTV or monitor for viewing on a larger screen. If you’re more interested in an audio experience there’s even a 3.5mm audio jack for hooking up to headphones or speakers. More basically, the dock is a perfect way to keep your smartphone on your desk, displayed at an optimal viewing angle, all the while keeping it charged up and ready to go.
We did have some difficulty getting the phone to completely seat onto the connectors and you’ll want to make sure you use the power adapter it comes with. As a reminder, the dock doesn’t come with an HDMI cable, which is somewhat disappointing, since a 6-foot micro-HDMI to HDMI cable costs about $10 by itself.
The HD Media Dock is available now though various outlets and is listed at US$49.99 on Amazon.com.
