We posted about the white Motorola Droid 2 World Edition as the Droid 2 was discontinued in its favor, sporting an alleged 1.2GHz processor which could easily chew anything thrown at it.
Thing is that – either due to a website error or a premeditated marketing catch – Verizon’s next wow-phone got part of its specs revealed before Motorola’s official announcement. We knew about the 1.2GHz processor but the Droid 2 Global packs a 5MP camera with auto-focus and dual-LED flash, a redesigned QWERTY keyboard and 3G mobile hotspot capability. Quad Band radio will allow global usage and the device will be powered by Android 2.2. Is it a must-have or what?
