The Motorola Atrix 4G has started selling yesterday on both AT&T as well as Etailers in the USA but it will only come to the UK in July, that is more than four months from now, if Expansys got it right.
The Tegra 2 dual-core processor powered smartphone with quarter HD resolution (540 x 960), a full 1GB of RAM, and a huge 1930mAh battery is priced at £474.99 unlocked (approximately $771) and according to the Etailer will hit the UK around July 2011. Together with the device, Expansys also has the accessories (namely the docks) on pre-order but they are wearing no price tags at all. As far as specs go, expect the same device minus the 4G capable radio which will most probably be replaced with a 3G one for network compatibility — thus the Motorola “Atrix” name instead of the “Atrix 4G”.
Our friends over at Clove.co.uk also have the device listed as the Motorola Atrix (sans 4G) but note that “official price, availability & specification to be confirmed”.
