With just a couple of days from its AT&T availability — that is February 22, 2011 — the Motorola Atrix 4G — on pre-order since February 13, 2011 — has been successfully rooted to wash all fears away and blast the “unrootable” Atrix rumors.
Not even being available to the masses yet, the Motorola Atrix 4G has been rooted by developers at various Android forums to show up that “ugly but tasty” Droid icon wearing a Superuser label below. Rooting allow users to further customize their handsets as well as remove any possible bloatware the operator might have shipped the device with. Now, all we need is the Atrix 4G itself, coming in three days. Grabbing one?
