Motorola has announced the Droid 3 for China and, as the manufacturer did in the past with the Droid smartphones, naming them Milestone outside of the U.S., the Droid 3 will hit China as the XT883 aka Milestone 3.
The smartphone, as previous hardware spec leaks implied, sports a dual-core processor, four-inch qHD resolution display, five-row slide-out QWERTY keyboard, eight-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash and 1080p video recording capability, front facer for video calls and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The Milestone 3 will be available from Motorola as well as China Telecom starting Q3 of this year. Meanwhile we’re waiting for the Droid 3 to come July 7.
