We just took a look at a leak revealing the supposed release dates for a handful of smartphones on their way to Verizon. That just represents a portion of the new phones coming to the carrier, and luckily we’ve got a follow-up leak this afternoon that seeks to further help fill-in the picture. According to this find, Verizon will be getting a 16GB version of the Galaxy Nexus in early April, followed by the HTC Incredible 4G a few weeks later.
Right now, the only version of Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus available at Verizon is a 32GB model. If the nearly-$300 on-contract price tag had you wishing for a less expensive version of the landmark Ice Cream Sandwich handset, you may just be in luck; we haven’t heard just what Verizon hopes to charge for the 16GB model, but seeing it hit $200 would be nice. We’re not sure if it will coincide with this release, but Verizon has also been rumored to get a white Galaxy Nexus at some point. Whatever colors are available, the 16GB Galaxy Nexus should get here on April 5.
About a month ago, we wondered if the mysterious Incredible-looking HTC Android caught on film might arrive as the Droid Incredible 4G. We’ve also known the model as the HTC Fireball, a name that showed up in the last Verizon roadmap leak, but with no date attached. This time, the phone’s listed as the “HTC Droid Incredible 3 4G”, but we’re hearing that the handset is likely to drop the 3 and launch as the Incredible 4G like we thought. According to the leak, the phone is planned to arrive on April 26. No pricing info’s available just yet.
