There should really be little doubt about the launch date of the highly anticipated Motorola Droid Bionic after that last TV ad kind of gave away the date. We’ve heard about September 8 before and it appears to be the date the phone will officially see the light of day.
Over at Droid-Life they have a rather large gallery of Droid Bionic pictures for you to check out. There’s also a picture of the retail packaging so you know what to expect early next week when you get your own. The phone will feature a TI OMAP4430 processor, a 4.3-inch color transflective TFT screen with a 540×960 qHD display, 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera and an eight-megapixel main camera with LED flash and autofocus at the back.

On a side-note, it appears that everything is set for that certain September 8 launch date as various Verizon stores already got their units as well as media/promo materials. That, together with the TV ad should make it pretty clear when exactly to expect the phone.
