The LG Optimus 3D, launched at this year’s MWC in February, is coming to AT&T as the Thrill 4G. It should be available over at Radio Shack starting August 7 — even though a late July launch was rumored for the phone’s availability — but you can now secure your unit.
If you want some non-HTC 3D goodness and you’re on AT&T, you can now reserve a unit for you by going to the Radio Shack store and grabbing a $50 gift card. When it will be available at the retailer, the phone will set you back $79.99 on a two-year contract, $549.99 for the phone only. As its unlocked cousin, the Thrill 4G will feature a glasses-free, auto-stereoscopic 3D display, 1GHz TI OMAP processor, 512 MB of RAM, 8GB of ROM, dual-five-megapixel cameras for 1080p 2D (30 fps) and 720p 3D (30 fps) recording as well as a 1.3-megapixel front facer.
