The LG Optimus One is a very popular smartphone which hit record after record after its release, later being featured on any major carrier’s line-up around the world in many different variations, even in the U.S.
LG has been promising an Android 2.3 Gingerbread update for the smartphone and it appears — judging by the feedback on LG’s Facebook page — that the update has started to roll out in Romania. With it comes a new bug reported, according to which one can’t end a call after finishing it as the screen stays on instead of lighting back up while you take it away from your ear. The version reported to being rolled out in Romania is V20G but other carriers are already confirming the roll-out for the coming weeks/months.
