We knew of plans to bring Android 2.3 Gingerbread to the LG Optimus 3D (which shipped with Froyo and is still on Android 2.2 even if meanwhile Google bumped the version number all the way to 4) and the manufacturer talked about November 21.
A leaked Optimus 3D Gingerbread ROM unveils Android 2.3.5 system as well as some improvements and new features like the ability to edit 2D and 3D videos, 3D to 2D video conversion as well as increased bitrates for 3D videos. HSPA+ also sees some fixes in order to bring faster speeds of up to 21Mbps.
