We didn’t hear anything official regarding the LG E400 “Optimus L3″ but the phone is up on pre-order online at a Swedish retailer. The price is 1,290SEK (translates to $190 or 144EUR) which makes it a budget phone, but a stylish one at that.
Judging by the estimated time to hit stock, which is the end of February, we might see the phone at LG’s booth in Barcelona. There are no details regarding the processor or the amount of memory but the listing features a small 3.2-inch display with a stale resolution of QVGA (240 x 320 pixels), three-megapixel main camera, microSD card slot for memory expansion, FM radio present and Android 2.3 Gingerbread on-board.
