The sexy looking LG “B” we showed you yesterday was confirmed by LG in a tweet that said the “super slim & super bright” device will be on display at CES early next year. On a “see it to believe it” note, LG confirmed the existence of the thinner-than-the-iPhone Android smartphone but the tweet got quickly deleted. Maybe the world wasn’t supposed to know about the fabulous AMOLED-killer IPS LCD screen on the (roughly) 8mm thick device. We have a feeling we’ll hear (see) more about the “B” till CES though.
As far as the just launched dual-core Tegra2 powered LG Optimus 2X (aka LG Star) is concerned, RCRWireless is claiming that the device will most likely hit T-Mobile in the U.S. That, after its homeland launch soon and after an alleged Mobile World Congress appearance (we’d say CES would also be a good place for it to surface alongside the LG B, now that the manufacturer was kind enough to confirm its appearance and expected surfacing). This is of course unverified Rumor (capital R) so we’ll have to hold our breaths till we hear more.
