We’ve seen the alleged successor of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 running Android 2.3 Gingerbread at the end of last year and today we get another glimpse of the device together with some rumored specs.
According to Chinese blog IT168, the handset sports an 800MHz (some reports indicate 1GHz) Qualcomm MSM7230 CPU aided by the Ardeno 205 GPU and allegedly packs 384MB RAM. We’ve previously learned that it is running Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread and the rumors back then were indicating a small, 3-inch (320 x 480) screen. Additionally, we can now take a look at the four-row slide-out QWERTY on the smartphone that has previously scored 1,533 benchmark points. Anyone like?
