“We’ve just been notified this morning that Samsung have dropped the Galaxy Nexus 32GB from production. At this time it looks like they will not be releasing it. Not good news at all”. These are the exact words used on an XDA Developers thread dedicated to the 32GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
The person who posted this is allegedly working at Expansys USA. Many users have been waiting for the 32GB version of the Galaxy Nexus and refrained from purchasing the 16GB flavor out there. If the rumors turn out to be true, many users will get upset. The question is: will they go with the 16GB version of the latest pure-Android or will they try something else? The lack of a microSD card slot for expanded memory is really limiting option for those with huge multimedia and application libraries.
