Chinese manufacturer of telecommunications equipment Huawei is preparing for a launch one day before the IFA (Internationale Funkaustellung) to be held between September 3 and 8, 2010 in Berlin, Germany – that is September 2, 2010.
The device to be launched is the Ideos U8150, an Android 2.2 powered device available in three colors, pink, yellow and blue, sporting medium to low end specs such as a 2.8 inch QVGA screen and a 528 MHz processor aided by 256 MB of RAM. Find the full specs below:

Except for the launch information, Huawei didn’t disclose anything related to availability but we can guess it will be pretty soon with the upcoming Android 3.0 and Windows Phone 7 not that long away. As for pricing, according to Huawei, it “will be very attractive” and so it should be taken into consideration the specs if it wants to have any chance on the market with competitors like the Wildfire from HTC.
