As one of the first HTC smarpthones to include Beats by Dre audio integration, the HTC Vigor has the potential to be the highest-spec’ed smartphone ever released. The device looks to be Verizon-bound as a likely contender to be a part of the holiday 2011 lineup, and with it we’ll see an impressive dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm CPU (or 1.2GHz) along with a full 720p HD display with 1280×720 resolution, plus the the latest version of HTC’s Android Sense interface, known as version 3.5.

The HTC Vigor has briefly appeared on an unnamed Dutch online retailer site, classified as a phone for the carrier Telfort. The listing for the phone shows a listing of specifications that is much inline with the rumors, though often retailers will create placeholder pages for unreleased phones that include specifications that might not be official.
