Get ready for some new additions to HTC’s lineup on T-Mobile; a recently-uncovered job posting has confirmed that T-Mobile is planning an event to launch three new HTC smartphones on June 8.
The posting is eliciting those with a knack for smartphones to help the company show off these three unnamed HTC models at an event taking place in Houston, TX. We learned a couple weeks back that T-Mobile was planning to launch the Sensation 4G on June 8, so that’s likely to be the highlight of this event. Heck, there have been signs of a June 8 launch for the Sensation going back to April, making its presence nearly assured. What about the other two HTC phones, though?
We were expecting T-Mobile to launch the Samsung Exhibit 4G and Samsung Gravity Touch 2 on June 8 alongside the Sensation 4G, but this job posting says all three will be HTC models. The next we expected from HTC on the carrier are the myTouch 4G Slide / Doubleshot and the Marvel / Wildfire S. These might not even be Androids; we’re still waiting to see if the WP7-running Mozart makes it to T-Mobile after seeing a WiFi certification show up in February. For now, it’s anyone’s guess.
