HTC’s official Sync application for Android devices was recently updated for APAC & EU HTC Hero (Android 2.1), HTC Desire HD, Desire Z, Legend, Desire, Wildfire, HTC Aria (APAC Only) and now it’s time for an update that will also support U.S. devices.
The version number is 3.0.5481 — same as previous but for different devices — and is intended for HTC Desire, DROID ERIS by HTC (Verizon), DROID INCREDIBLE by HTC (Verizon), HTC Aria (AT&T), HTC EVO 4G (Sprint) and T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide. Three features have been improved according to the official description, namely: support “Group” syncs in Contacts, extend Calendar Sync period to 1 year and add “My favorite” item support for Contacts. As far as installation is concerned, download the file to your computer and run it to install from there. After installation you can connect your Android device to the app and start syncing.
